ID Photo-Card Lamination

Upon validations of this application, each person listed will receive an ID Photo-Card which is to be retained permanently. Your VAB Beach pass is required each time you enter the beach, without exception.

Beach Passes and Parking stickers must be picked up at Village Hall beginning May 25th.
